  • If you begin waking up with smallish red spots on your skin, there’s a good chance you have bed bugs. Bed bugs are also 4-5mm long and can be seen with the human eye, so inspect your pillows, sheets, blankets, and mattress for any visible bugs on the bed.

How do you get bed bugs?
